Improve performance
I really like Choosy. Just bought it. But I'd like to see it improve in performance. My super powerful MacBook Pro takes about half a second to open a link and display the browser. Without Choosy it happens in immediately. Any ways to achieve that? Kind regards Eric

Fix the download .zip to actually contain version 1.3
When I download version 1.3 from your website, I get a zip file named "Choosy 1.3.zip" but when I extract it, it always contains Choosy 1.2.2, which does not work on my machine (could not load extension error). Is there actually a version 1.3 in existence? If so how can I get it?

general help with rules running on mOS 10.14
I am having difficulty activating rules on Mojave; don't think the rule is entered incorrectly.
rule to specify that all google docs and drive urls are always opened with chrome even if browser is not running.
set all the following are true
-> web address matches regex (?i)(.docs.|.drive.)(google.com)
always use this browser … chrome[later tried if any of the rules are true
-> web address contains 'docs.google.com'
-> web address contains 'drive.google.com'
prompt to select from these browsers … safari, chrome]Neither rule worked. Was always prompted with running browsers (as per browser behavior settings) but the…

As an option: open Chrome in new *window*, not a new tab in existing window
When clicking a link in e.g. Mail, it's horrible to be teleported to a workspace where I have other Chrome windows because Chrome insists on opening new windows in a new tab in a new window. This script used to work (and I was able to make Choosy use it), but now it ends up creating a second instance of Chrome (wow, had no idea that was possible with any Mac app!!). This new instance doesn't have my bookmarks and is not logged into the sites where the "original" chrome instance is logged in. That wasn't a problem before, It…

Opening non-incognito in Chrome
Thanks for adding opening specifically to incognito on Chrome! It's really great.
The current issue I have is that even when specify to open non-incognito, Chrome seems to open the url in the front most window, even if it's incognito.
I understand that this is this has always been the existing behavior, and I'm not sure if this is possible, but the new feature made me want more :)Thanks for the great product.

How to get Choosy 1.1 to work after Migration Assistant?
Choosy 1.1 worked fine in Yosemite 10.10.5 in my old machine. But Choosy is still not working after running Migration Assistant in my new i5 MacMini also running Yosemite even though I've now uninstalled Choosy in the old one. What's up? Why isn't it working?

Make choosing browsers with shortcuts 1,2,3,4(etc)
Make choosing browsers keyboard friendly with shortcuts 1,2,3,4 (etc) default behavior and allow users to modify with their own definable keys when the modal window comes up to choose a browser. Example I could see someone using f for firefox, c or gc for chrome s for safari, and so on. Since we have to choose a browser often in the beginning anyways before we setup a ton of rules, best make it as painless as possible.

Could not load preference pain on 1.2.2
I've previously had Choosy installed and working fine but was having some issues with it still loading 1.1 after the recent update.
I eventually got both instances to stop starting on reboot by removing from system preferences and deleting
Choosy
directory from~/Library/Application Support
.However now when trying to re-install from 1.2.2 download I keep ending up with "Could not load Choosy preference pane". I note the
Choosy
directory is back under~/Library/Application Support
as you'd expect. What else should I be looking for to get this back to a "clean" install so I get Choosy running again?

fix that Choosy doesn't work for links in other applications
I installed Choosy. I gave it one simple rule, which is to open all links with a particular URL in a particular browser. It doesn't work.
I read through all of the documentation and couldn't find anything I'm doing wrong.
I tested first with "use choosy for links" not checked. But clicking on links just opens in my default browser, as usual. I tested next with "use choosy for links," which asks me if I want choosy to be my default browser. I said yes. But clicking on links results in nothing happening at all.
I tested by clicking links…

Switch to space with opened browser
Hey
I just started to use Choosy and I love the tool.
At the moment I have 2 browsers (FirefoxDev and Firefox) on 2 different workspaces and work-related urls configured to be opened in FirefoxDev, but when I am opening a link it does not switch to proper space. Could you please fix this?

Choosy to Chrome stopped working
Not sure what happened but after a Chrome restart, if I now try and select Chrome to open a URL, the choosy dialog graphic just moves down to where I clicked. I see the menu bar switch to "Google Chrome" however, so it seems like it's activating Chrome just not able to get the URL to it.
Is there a log file or something I might be able to look at to try and figure out what has happened? Is this a known issue at all?
I'm on Chrome 55.0.2883.95, OS X Yosemite (10.10.5).
