    Yes, I've been experiencing this too. Choosy seems to disable itself after sleep, logout, etc. It's been happening since the day I registered the free trial with a purchased license - 7/14/2009. So, I don't think the behavior is confined to Snow Leopard, because it wasn't released yet.
