queue up multiple links
When multiple links are sent to Choosy before the user has a chance to respond, only the last link actually makes it to the browser.
(This effect can be replicated easily by running "open http://google.com/ http://yahoo.com/" in a Terminal window.)
There are several ways to fix this one, feedback from the community would be welcome. When there are queued links is it preferable for Choosy to:
a. Pop up several prompts, one after another (this can be confusing, especially if the “show URL in browser prompt” option is disabled)
Pop up one prompt and use the selection for every link in the queue (which could be annoying if you wanted them to go to different browsers or it meant some of your advanced behaviour rules weren’t triggered)c. Apply advanced behaviour rules but avoid multiple prompts by attempting to select for you, i.e. if a queued link is about to trigger a prompt and the browser used for the first link appears in that prompt then just use that browser (which could be confusing and leave users wondering why Choosy just did what it did)

I'm probably what you'd consider an advanced user--but I'd like option C more than A or B. Most of the time when I find multiple links opening in quick succession its from command-line or background processes so I'm not that anxious about which browser they go to.
The default (for some value of default) is the right one rather than bothering me ten times to select the same thing over and over.
