Further to my previous comment, an initial version of the documentation is now online: http://www.choosyosx.com/help/

@pendolino: Documentation is coming, I've drafted about half of it and will be publishing the drafts online soon. Keep an eye on Twitter (@georgebrock or @choosyosx) for the draft docs URL.

i've been using this for a few days now in the latest 9.3 version and i have to say it works great so far! i've had to figure out somewhat blindly how it works given the paucity of documentation but kudos to the developer. its hard to believe no one had filled this gap before. its even had the added benefit of making it easier to use both firefox and safari since i often switch between the two since FF is heavy on the CPU.

no more updates? does anyone know of other tools besides choosy that would do this?

@georgebrock: hope things are coming along well. good luck with the UI integration.

i'd use it with fluid as well and i don't mind editing XML if you need a tester. thanks.

@Pendolino: Sorry for the long wait, here's the current status...
Advanced behaviour rules are working in my internal build, but with no user interface (I can manually edit an XML file to define new rules etc.). This includes URL matching. The user interface is coming along, but still not ready to merge into the main Choosy code-base.

how much longer for this?

This would be nice if it functioned as a regex match on the URL, not just limited to domains. I'd use this thoroughly for segregating my many web apps into different Fluid instances.
