fix bug where active window loses focus
In NetNewsWire, for example, pressing return on an article brings up Choosy. Pressing return again chooses my preferred browser, which opens the link in the background, as I have set in NetNewsWire, but then the NNW window is no longer active, so I must click the mouse to bring it back to the foreground.
Choosy had this feature for a long time, it was subsequently broken by some macOS changes, but as of version 1.3 it’s working correctly again.

Choosy is great but for this single issue. Even though keeping the current application active, (NetNewsWire for example), after opening a link in the background has been fixed, Choosy doesn't keep the window of that application active and still must be clicked on again to bring the window within the app to the foreground.

Same here. I have a Fluid app set up to open links in the background. When Choosy is activated this behavior doesn't work. Choosy switches to the preferred browser when I open a link inside the Fluid app instead of opening it in the background.
