add an option to specify behaviour based on network location

it would be useful to have different behaviours for different network location, e.g., I would:
- open in Safari when I'm at home
- open in Firefox when I'm at office #1
- etc.

        Workaround: Use tools like Siedkick or MarcoPolo to discover location and set default (favorite) browser. Works well!

        I wonder if it would make more sense to provide apple script event hooks. Those hooks could be called from one of those location awareness scripts
