You can do this under the Advanced tab in Choosy preferences. :)

I set my preferences several months ago, and it suited me fine then. Since, I have changed my web browser configurations, and I went to change that in the Choosy pane in System Preferences. Everything looked fine. Then, I tested it: it looked exactly the same as it had before. I checked to make sure the preferences saved, and relaunched the helper. Still, nothing changed.
After some minor digging, I found the behaviors.plist file in the Library, and opened it. It reflected my previous settings, so I made a copy on my desktop and changed it manually. The changes worked.
Any ideas why this file wasn't changed automatically?
