add support for recognizing different Slack teams, similarly to how you recognize different Chrome profiles

This would allow me to make rules that say things like "when I click a link in Slack team A, use Chrome profile B to open it." Right now I have it set to always prompt for every link in Slack, but I almost always choose the specific Chrome profiles for specific Slack teams (work, personal, etc).

    as Slack has become so much bigger in the last two years, esp with work-from-home, it would be great if I could open everything from my work Slack workspace in my work Chrome profile.
