Choosy crashes Chrome
Did Choosy stop supporting Chrome? Every time I tried it in the past week it crashed my Chrome browser. I tried reinstalling it and it doesn't even show up in the list of extensions (but it does for Safari and FF). My version of Chrome is 68.0.3440.84 (Official Build) (64-bit).
Choosy 2.1 and a new version of the Chrome extension just shipped.
The new Chrome extension should resolve the crashing problem with any version of Choosy, but may ask “do you want to open Choosy?” every time it’s used with older versions of Choosy.
Choosy 2.1 supports a whole new way for the Chrome extension to pass links to it, which should mean no crashing and no annoying prompt.

Sadly, this doesn't seem to work for me. Have used many versions of Chrome across several MacOS revisions, currently immediately crashy on Version 77.0.3865.120 under Catalina

JS, I can verify that your solution worked for me as well. I'm using Chrome 71 in macOS 10.14.2. Thank you!

It works now! Thank you so much! I had given up hope on this, since the developer doesn't have the decency to even respond after I reported this 3 months ago. JS, your efforts are MUCH appreciated!

Appear to have stumbled on a solution, can someone verify?
In the chrome address bar type:
x-choosy://prompt.all/Make sure it doesn't do a google search for this, if it works correctly it should pop up asking permission to open these links with the choosy app. Tick the box, and then click ok. The choosy extension should then work ok (might need chrome to be restarted).

I just started with a fresh install of Macos Mojave. Same result on a plain vanilla platform. I downloaded Chrome to a virgin Mojave disk and it still crashed when I clicked on Choosy. Furthermore I have sent several emails to the developer since I began this request and have received no reply. What good is it to pay $10 for software when you don't get ANY support? As far as I am concerned this app is now useless.

same her on Chrome 69 on MacOS 10.13.6. Alle Chrome extensions uninstalled. Profile deleted and restarted Chrome.

Same here. It's working for some of my Chrome profiles but in one particular profile it crashes every time.
