I would love if you add this posibilita for other browsers: Safari, Firefox, etc.

Chromium should be possible.
I have found ways to reliably launch Firefox in Private mode if it's not already running, but if it is running this doesn't seem to be possible.
Safari also doesn't seem possible without some very dubious work arounds.

Any plans to support Chromium, Firefox and Safari?

My personal computer is for both work and private use. I use a dating site which I want to keep private (at times, I give colleagues access to my computer for collaboration purposes, and I don't want them to be able to see this in my browser history as this is personal). The dating site sends me notifications when someone sends me a message. The feature that would be useful for this scenario is Choosy opening those email links in a Private window in the selected browser.
